Jihan Ghanim
Jihan “Gigi” Ghanim joined The S.
Daniel Abraham Center for Middle East Peace in the summer of 2002 and
is currently the Director of Programs. She spent over three years in
Egypt attending the American University in Cairo where she studied
Arabic at the Arabic Language Institute, conducted research for Cairo’s
UNESCO office and worked with an Egyptian political party writing for
their weekly news publication.
Jihan received her BA in Political
Science from Temple University in Philadelphia. She has also completed
her Masters in State Craft & World Politics specializing in
American Foreign Policy, National Security & Democracy Promotion at
the Institute of World Politics in Washington DC.
